Mission:
To provide a Christian preschool which meets the needs of families in the Southwest Guilford County Community through a positive and loving enviornment that supports growing and learning in developmentally appropriate ways by nurturing Christian Teachers utilizing Biblically based principles and curriculum.
The Preschool offers classes for two, three, and four-year-old as well as Pre-K children with low student to teacher ratio.
Harris Teeter supports local schools, including Adams Farm Christian Preschool, through the “Together in Education” program. When a customer purchases select Harris Teeter products, such as H.T. Traders, Hunter Farms, Premier Selections, More Value, Highland Crest, Harris Teeter Brand, and Harris Teeter poultry, 4% of those sales are given to the designated school.
Participation is easy. Registration must occur each school year. Please consider designating, #3897 , the preschool account number, as your school of choice this school year."
It's Snack Day: What Should We Bring?
Wondering what to bring for your child's class on snack day? Here are a few tips. Provide a choice. Bring smaller portions of two items. Many children like the variety and choice. This also provides an alternative for a child who does not eat a particular food.
Try to select healthy snacks. The children are hungry by mid-morning and need an energy boost. Consider one or more of the following:
· Cheese cubes and crackers · String cheese · Yogurt cups · Applesauce cups · Pretzels · Chex Mix · Cheese Nips or Goldfish · Peanutbutter crackers · Graham crackers |
· Teddy Grahams · Cereal bars · Mini muffins · Fruit kabobs · Raisins or dried fruit · Apples and peanut butter · Vegetables and dip · Fruit juice or water |
