“Hope for a Hopeless World”
1 Peter 2:1-10
Guest speaker, Rev. Wayne Frazier, delivers this week’s sermon.
Wayne and his wife, Jane, met while attending Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston. Upon their graduation in 1975, they moved to Florida to plant Faith ARP Church. In 1984, they moved to Georgia to plant Faith ARP outside Atlanta. In 1991, they were called to Back Creek ARP Church in Charlotte where God broke down cultural and ethnic barriers. Wayne has served on Synod’s Outreach North America board and in 2003 was elected moderator of the ARP Church. Since his retirement in 2015, he has served part-time as a Church Vitality coach and as a coach in the Embers to a Flame ministry. Wayne and Jane have two grown children and three grandchildren.
